ChiroHealth USA Discount Membership Program

OUR DISCOUNT MEMBERSHIP PROGRAM

ChiroHealth USA is a 3rd Party discount membership program that allows us to provide you a discount on our regular fees. 

It allows for a minimum discount of 33% and provides a maximum fee of $90 for Chiropractic treatment with or without an examination. There is an annual fee of $49 paid directly to ChiroHealth USA. The annual fee covers your membership for the purchaser as well as your spouse or partners and your dependents for one full year. The cost of the membership fee is usually saved on the first visit. 

We receive no compensation from ChiroHealth USA.

ChiroHealth USA is intended for those who are underinsured or uninsured and can not be used in conjunction with Insurance or for services covered by your insurance plan.

If you don’t have a printer, we can provide you with an application at your next visit.

If you are already a ChiroHealth USA member, your membership discounts are also applied at our office.
