Alex has been a massage therapist for over six years. He was initially inspired to explore massage as a career by his own recurring and debilitating migraines and learned from his training how preventative care could reduce his pain.
Alex graduated from the New School for Massage and Bodywork in Chicago where he learned various skills, techniques, and treatments for a variety of injuries. Since his training, Alex specializes in headache relief, nerve disorders such as Multiple Sclerosis and Neurosis, and more in-depth work akin to sports massage. Alex views every person as a new challenge and opportunity to provide relief.
In his free time, he practices what he preaches, cooking healthy meals, exercising, and spending time for self-care.
