Some Simple Tips for Identifying Foot Problems

- chronic pain or discomfort in your knee(s), ankle(s), hip, or lower back
- frequent twisting or spraining of the ankle
- you cannot fit a finger beneath your arch

- the sole on one side of your shoe(s) commonly wears out faster than that of the other side
- bunions, corns, or calluses on your feet
